现代奥运会对城市经济发展的影响及其规律的研究



 


 内容摘要：从现代奥运会的发展趋势来看，政府和私人部门共同投入的结合型财政资助模式将成为奥运会的基本模式。奥运会投资和奥运会拉动的旅游消费需求是推动主办城市经济发展的主要动力，将极大地促进主办城市旅游业及城市现代化的发展。

A Study of the Impact and Its Patterns of Modern Olympic Games on Urban Economic Development

Abstract: Seeing from the developing trend of modern Olympic games, financing by government and personal enterprises jointly is becoming the fundamental mode of the operation of modern Olympic games. The investment in Olympic Games and the following request for tour and consumption is a main impetus to economic development of the host city. It will stimulate the development of tourism and quicken the process of urban modernization of the host city.

一、        前言 


在现代社会，奥运会不仅仅是国际体育竞技的舞台，同时也是一种十分复杂的经济现象。举办奥运会已经成为推动城市经济发展的强大动力，因此各国政府都把举办奥运会作为促进城市再造，推动城市经济、社会、文化全面发展的主要战略措施。本文拟对1972年慕尼黑奥运会以来，历届奥运会对主办城市经济发展的影响及其规律进行初步的研究，以期为我国筹备2008年奥运会提供理论参考。


二．现代奥运会拉动的投资及旅游消费需求


1、现代奥运会的投资


根据1972年以来历届奥运会投资来源渠道，现代奥运会的投资模式可以分为以下3个模式：政府投资模式（政府投资占75%以上）、企业或私人投资模式（企业或私人投资占75％以上）、结合型投资模式（政府与企业投资各占25％以上）。从现代奥运会的发展趋势来看，政府和私人部门共同投入的结合型财政资助模式将成为奥运会的基本模式。……

内容摘要：北京2008年奥运会将是一柄双刃剑，它将不可避免的对中国经济产生正反两方面的影响。因此我们一方面为其将带来的巨大的直接或间接的正面效应而感到欣喜之外，另一方面也应客观、冷静的面对其将产生的不可忽视显形或隐性的负面效应。

Abstract: 2008 Beijing Olympic Games seems to us a double-edged dagger, which will inevitably bring about both positive and negative impact on China economy. Whereas we feel delighted at the direct and indirect positive effects this event may bring us, we should cold-headedly and objectively take into serious consideration the negative effects, either visible or invisible, it causes.
