Google 的出现，是IT业划时代的变革。微软是IT巨头，它靠技术发财。它的产品源代码承受再大压力都是绝密的。你买xp，买到的无非是个许可证。到了 google，技术似乎不值钱了。虽然google投入了大量财力人力进行技术开发，至今为止，它的任何产品，发布出来的，都是免费的。Google 很彻底地让技术成为服务，成为挣钱的工具，而不是挣钱的商品。在这点上，可以看出太多公司的狭隘，品质低下。Google的出现，使许多公司突然由英雄堕落为小偷、强盗。。。
Google 本身就是个赞美词。如果我对你说，你很google！这表示我尊敬你，赞美你。表示你是个智慧的人，纯粹的人，脱离了低级趣味的人。。。

话说，Google Apps。
这个APPs是针对企业的网络应用组件。包括google pages, gmail, calendar等等。我需要介绍的google pages 和gmail.
Google Pages 是免费的网站空间，100MB。这是什么概念呢？一个网页如果包括两张照片，一般不会超过100k的。事实上，如果什么人把自己的网页做到100k,那简直是疯了。所以你至少可以做成100页的页面。如果你有100个产品，每个产品一页，那么google pages是够了。你不会写网页怎么办？Google pages提供数十套模板，可套用，可修改。Google 的服务器速度是快的稳定的，不会比任何主机商的服务器差。这个网站空间，最优秀的地方，就是适合一点不懂网页程序，但是智力不算太低的人。不足之处是，你如果有一些网页基础，可能不会满足于google 提供的空间了。
Gmail.这是一个愚人节的产品，当时谁都认为是个玩笑。结果是真的，并且越来越强大。好多人都用gmail信箱的吧？如果你注册了一个网站，叫做biz.com。作为商业通信，我不认为使用 @gmail.com,或者@yahoo.com是合适的方式。你需要在你域名之下的信箱。比如： neatlili@biz.com。这个信箱多酷！Gmail就提供这功能，你的信箱将完全拥有gmail的各项功能。你可以有几个信箱呢？理论上说，无数个，取决于你申请的时候填了多少数量。比如说，你填需要500个，google 很傻，它就会真的给你500个的。
至于注册申请，那是很简便的事。简洁，是google 一贯的魅力。无须我多说了。
总之，把google apps应用于你的域名时，你就会拥有独立的网站，非常强大的企业邮局。至少。

我从这个服务刚推出——那时候还叫做Gmail for your domain——开始申请起，递交了无数次，所有申请都毫无音信。最近，通过一些曲线操作，终于申请成功。下面是我的一些申请经验，希望对后来者有所帮助。
在官方文件Google Apps help提到的申请条件是：
The requirements for using Google Apps are that you must have a domain and have access to DNS management settings.
The requirements for acceptance include five main considerations:
Domain name
Location
Number of domains that you have already registered
Involvement in IT decisions for your organization
Domain availability in our system
If you meet the basic considerations, we'll help you get started with this service. Otherwise, we'll let you know why we can't serve your domain at this time and keep your information on file for when we can.
Example: If you include 'Google' or 'Gmail' in your domain name, you won't be able to get started with this service because Google trademark names are prohibited.
所以，申请填表的时候注意一下几个方面：
域名：这个我没有统计过，似乎.cn的申请通过率比较低。但可以肯定的是，.org和.com的都没有问题。
IP地址：Google Apps现在还没有对中国开放。所以这是最重要的一条：使用欧洲或者美国代理。我是使用free door自动获得美国IP的。同时地域填United State
职务填CTO，How are you involved in IT decisions for your organization?选I determine which solutions my organization uses。
其它的选项无所谓
下面是我填的，没有把握的朋友依样画葫芦即可：
然后提交列表，很大可能性马上就通过，你可以开始设置你的帐号了。这说明根本没有人工审核这一个步骤，只要域名达到上面它说得那些要求，就自动通过。所以如果你没有通过的话，第一次申请的可以等几天。以前申请过多次就不要再等了，我等了将近一年也没有任何消息，猜测是Google有一个黑名单，不符合要求的域名和申请都被打入黑名单，所有申请被自动忽略。
绕过的方法：申请别的域名，或者你的子域名，比如我申请zhiqiang.org屡次不过，可申请email.zhiqiang.org却能一次通过。申请成功后，马上提交申请要求更换域名：进入 https://www.google.com/support/a/bin/request.py，选Gmail，Yes，Get help with a technical issue，Continue之后就有一个选项I'd like to use a different domain name. 把其它的项填完，递交之后，The Group Team会给你发一封邮件，告诉你先用同样的Google Account再申请一次你的域名。五个工作日没有通过的话再回此信。甭理它，再次申请之后马上给它回信，要求更换域名。
不出意外的话，一两个工作日之内，便会得到回复，通过你的申请。
另外，由于Google Apps还没有对中国开放，所以，新建的邮件帐号需要用代理进入激活，之后就可以正常使用了。

Name.Com域名转出须知
name.com里域名转移迁出方法
问： 现在在name.com注册的域名，以后可以转出吗？
答： 可以。遵照“传统”的方法可以转出。大概有以下几个要点：
转出时，域名已注册天数至少有 60天 （ICANN的规定）
转出时，域名的状态是 未锁定 （可以在域名管理中解锁）
转出时，需要提供 授权码 给转入商（可以在域名管理中查看）
转出时， 隐藏注册信息 的功能必须关闭（可以在控制面板操作）

To transfer your domain name away from our company, you must make a
request at the registrar where you have chosen to transfer your name.
Please remember that ICANN regulations do not allow a newly registered
name to transfer until it has been registered for at least sixty days.
When you make a request to transfer, the gaining registrar will
require an authorization code. The authorization code(s) for your
domain name(s) can be found directly within your account. Simply
follow the steps below.
1. Log into your account.
2. At your account home page, click on your domain name, in red, near
the bottom of the page.
3. On the "Manage domain name" screen, the authorization code for your
domain name will be listed on the right hand side of the web-page,
next to the "Auth Code" designator.
For more than one authorization code, simply repeat steps 2 and 3.
If, for any reason, you are unable to find your authorization code(s),
please give us a call. We are happy to assist you.
Your domain name will also have to be unlocked. To unlock your name,
please do the following:
1. Log into your account.
2. At the "Hello" page, click on your domain name, listed near the
bottom of the page.
3. On the "Manage domain name" screen, click the image of a closed padlock.
4. Read the posted message, and press "Continue managing domain."
Note: you may re-lock your domain by clicking the open padlock icon on
the "Manage domain name" page.
If you have Hidden WHOIS active for your domain name, it will have to
be disabled.
